The objectives of the METROFOOD-RO EVOLVE project:
Creation of a Knowledge Center – a #platformopens in a new tab digital platform for collaboration and communication
Integrated services for #laboratoriesopens in a new tab and pilot stations
Educational programs and access to #infrastructureopens in a new tab for #studentsopens in a new tab, private companies, and other audience categories
Key activities throughout the project:
Organizing strategic workshops
Developing a traceability information system for food products
Innovation in processing and sustainable food technologies
Monitoring scientific, economic, educational, and social impact
